SSP with Jeffi may be covered all or in part under extended health plans that cover mental health services in Ontario, within the limits of that plan. Lara Wrigley is covered under insurance plans in some US states. In some situations it may be required that a parent starts their own SSP before their child's SSP process begins. Repeat rounds of SSP for the same family member with the same provider two years or less after a previous round of SSP was done are $500 CDN/approx $368 US

  • This package includes:
  • Two online sessions for the first family member (ideally a parent) - one at the start of RRP listening, and another at the start of SSP listening.
  • One additional online session for each additional family member.
  • Access to RRP for up to one year from the start of RRP listening.
  • Access to SSP for up to one year from the start of SSP listening.
  • Includes *one* round of SSP Core - the main SSP pathway. SSP Connect & SSP Balance may also be used, if desired, within the same year.
  • Some people may find benefit to continued access to SSP Connect & SSP Balance. Almost all will benefit from continued access to RRP.
  • To go beyond the first year either to continue the same round of SSP Core or to continue to enjoy SSP Connect, SSP Balance, or RRP, there is an additional fee of $40 CDN (approx $28 US), or $180 CDN (approx $127 US) when committing to an additional year.
  • Additional online sessions if desired, are $180 CDN (approx $130 US) for 60 mins, $90 (approx $65 US) for 30 mins
  • Subsequent SSP & RRP combo packages are $855 CDN (approx $600) when a first round of SSP Core was done with the same provider previously, two years ago or less.

  • ONE online session at the start of the RRP process is included for each family member accessing RRP

  • Access to the RRP app for up to one year.
  • Many people may benefit from continuing with RRP following completion of the 5 hours of listening.
  • There is no additional charge to continue with RRP for the remainder of the year from when RRP was first started.
  • If choosing to continue to access RRP beyond the first year, the cost for staying on the app for RRP is $40 CDN (approx $14 US) per month, or $180 CDN (approx $127 US) per additional year.
  • Additional online sessions can be added on later if desired for $180 CDN for 60 mins, $90 CDN for 30 mins.
  • Additional sessions can be used for check ins, or for additional support or coregulation during listening.
