One online session with Carol Ann, at the start of the SSP process, in which the start of your SSP listening is observed, with the same teaching that Carol Ann includes with her other SSP clients so that you will learn how to recognize - and teach your clients how to recognize - what increment of SSP listening your/their specific nervous system wants.

Additional online sessions can be added on later if desired for $180 CDN (approx $130 US) for 60 mins, $90 CDN (approx $65 US) for 30 mins

Additional sessions can be used for check ins, provider supported listening, or additional relevant services and modalities such as Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting.
