Online Neurodivergent Women's Group

Connection, Understanding, and Nervous System Support

Led by a neurodivergent Somatic Experiencing therapist, this friendly and casual online group is a space to connect with others who truly get the gifts and challenges of living in a neurodivergent brain and body.

Together, we’ll explore topics that matter to us — while also practicing simple nervous system settling skills to support regulation, connection, and ease.

Formal diagnosis is not required — self-identification is welcome.

Each week, the group chooses topics of interest, which often include common experiences like:

     •     ADHD paralysis

     •     Rejection sensitivity

     •     Injustice sensitivity

     •     Time blindness

     •     Executive functioning challenges (in all their forms)

     •     Being multiply neurodivergent

     •     And more.

We’ll also share practical strategies that work for us — things like:

     •     How to maintain momentum when interest starts to fade

     •     Setting realistic, compassionate goals

     •     Navigating productivity without shame

     •     Letting go of neurotypical expectations

     •     And celebrating the creative, intuitive, and unconventional gifts that often come with neurodivergence.

This is a space for connection, support, laughter, learning, and most of all — being fully yourself.

We meet the third Wednesday of each month 5:30-7pm ET
